Quality and compliance are central to KARUSON’s process. As a vertically integrated factory with 300+ designs and rigorous controls, we run multi-stage inspections (incoming materials, in-process, final AQL), optical checks for polarization efficiency and UV400 protection, mechanical tests for frame durability, and coating adhesion tests. We can produce certification documentation and support third-party lab testing or compliance (CE/ANSI) on request. For custom runs we provide sample approval and pre-shipment inspection reports to ensure the finished goods meet agreed specifications.

Typical timelines: prototype/sample 7–15 days (depending on tooling); mass production 20–45 days after sample approval depending on complexity and order size. Sample fees apply but are often refundable against the final order.
